The portions are generous, prices are more than fair, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Most importantly, this is the cleanest restaurant and bathroom that I’ve ever been to!!! My family and I will definitely be returning!!!
Establishment was very clean. Ordered a breakfast special was just under $10.00 Bacon was ask to be crispy and it wasn't Eggs with cheese was good and hash browns were good and crispy.
I called my order in before work. It was a grilled chicken club. It was good. It would have been better if the chicken breast needed to marinade it a little longer and had mayo on the bread. It was big! Of course, I couldn't wait until lunch. I was able to eat half for breakfast and the other half for lunch. I also needed more pickels. She even gave me some jello. The cashier was so genuinely nice and friendly. She didn't call me baby, sweetie or boo. She stayed professional!!! My next order was a special order that's not on the menu. It was a Ham, Egg, and cheese sandwich wheat. Now read the twist. "Scrambled egg whites with grilled onions and grilled bell peppers. Made like a Western Omelet." Once I LLC the name, I will share it. The sandwich was DELICIOUS! When I walked into the restaurant, all of the tables were clean, including floor and counter. The television was playing the local news. At a good volume. That way you could enjoy your breakfast, alone or with someone. A good place for Branch in Motown!!
I used to go to Motown when it was on Jefferson, still just as good! I love the atmosphere on the inside, good vibes. Update years later, and still the same people working here, food still tastes amazing. Clean and friendly. I absolutely love this coney island!!!
Motown Brunch House is one of our favorite spots to have brunch at or order take out from on Sundays. We love the servers who have been there for years. Those awesome ladies surely play a huge role in assuring the restaurant gains & maintains many loyal customers like us. We've been eating there for years, and the food has been good, but it seems in the last year or so, they've really leveled up! But BIG kudos are in order for whoever was in that kitchen TODAY (3/2/25) because EVERYTHING we ordered was on point! And we ordered more than we could finish . Even the pancakes had "those crispy edges" that you rarely get in any restaurant (iykyk) My wife & I just appreciate their consistency. The restaurant is always clean and the service is always good. So much so that I wanted to leave them more than the tip we left and actually submit this review. They deserve it because they earned it! And a big shout out to our server Angie : ) who always welcomes us like family and treats us like family.
"Under New Management" never tasted SO good! Wonderful little neighborhood spot. Polite host and servers. The inside got a little facelift, and so did the food plating! We both had the 5.Strip Steak and Eggs, 10 oz . Seasoned well, cooked properly, very delicious! My eggs were actually over easy and the hash browns were cooked. A VERY enjoyable Sunday brunch! We will return!
